I recommend it - the movie, The Great Raid, was based upon this book.

I can.

It’s the story of the Cabanatuan raid, i.e., the liberation of the survivors of the Bataan Death March by the US 6th Rangers in early 1945. Awesome book.

Yeah. I couldn’t put it down. It was brutal though. Just horrific conditions.
