I feel like SE BR hasn't really fared that well the past 10 years or so. Maybe the extreme SE parts like Hoo Shoo Too but Oneal, Millerville, Sherwood, Coursey, S Harrell's Ferry, Jones Creek etc are all worse to me now. We live in this area so I'm not crapping on it but the long term future is murky at best to me.

I guess in BR you are within a half mile of the hood just about everywhere it seems.

Oh I agree, but im just comparing it to the rest of Baton Rouge.
I always hear people say Baton Rouge is a shithole (which isnt far from the truth), but north Baton Rouge and SE Baton Rouge (St George) are two completely different animals. I dont fear for my life going on an afternoon jog in Green Trails.
