There's truth to this.

Draw a box from South Harrell's Ferry as far east as you can go, to Jones Creek To tiger Bend and there has been more new growth than negative decay over the last decade.

There are a couple of pockets that if you get rid of, would change everything. Even still, it's not bad. You'll find the same little pockets in other nice areas of BR. Frankly, I love that area of town. It's underrated.
