You're basically asking for a top of the line rig, so this 100% comes down to price. What's your total budget for the pc, monitor, any peripherals, etc?

Yea I’m well aware what I’m trying to build with come with a cost . Not being in the market for tech hardware in some time , I’m a little lost as to where to start looking.

Price wise i dunno man like 2-3-maybe 4k on all the necessities , shop around for what best fits my intentional uses for the machine after that’s together.

With the current state of gpu availability and pricing be prepared to drop a large portion of your budget on the graphics card to handle your needs. A 3090 on Newegg will cost over $3k.

I'm aware. That's why I asked your budget

So you can put together a very high end rig for around $2k without any peripherals, in theory:

Your problem is the gpu, as you'll notice that parts list doesn't even show a price for it. In theory, it's $700. In practice? That depends entirely on your level of patience and tenacity. If you don't have the patience or tenacity for it, you're better off just buying a prebuilt, because 3080+ is very difficult to get your hands on in the wild.
