Who cut the executive order to reduce those prices? Some jackass from Delaware.

Its not just this. He froze the plan, and then is trying to implement the same exact plan at the same exact cost ($35), only he is trying to package it with other idiotic things like billions of $ to journalist.
Hes the worst of the worst when it comes to policitians.
