House has maintained a very close relationship with his former colleague at Kentucky, Wildcats’ defensive coordinator Brad White – who within the past week rejected Kelly’s overtures and elected to remain on Mark Stoops’s Big Blue staff. House served two seasons as the Wildcats' defensive coordinator in 2017-18, the latter year a break-through 10-win season for the Wildcats. Posting this here for the few idiots that said white didn't turn the job down.

Is there a point to this rambling bullshite?
I'm pretty sure it was a quote from an article. He crossed over from another thread. He was...

A) showing how we got to House, presumably via recommendation of White after he turned us down.

B) That White was indeed interviewed, and turned us down (i.e. some doubted White was even targeted).

I don’t think there’s room for an RB coach, maybe not WR either. Frank Wilson is more than likely covering RB and Denbrock may need to cover WR depending on how many defensive coaches we have. If House has all LBs, then Denbrock could coach TEs and bring in a WR coach.
I think that is how it is going to play out. My thoughts is the WRs need to be, the only way I can think to put it, more intimately connected to the OC. One of the beautiful things about 2019 was the read-based routes by the WRs. You can see the result when we returned to route-option (only) offense.

Thank you. Without that context, it was a strange post.
