Better keeper: Kupp or Samuel?

In my league, in order for you to have a keeper, you have to surrender a pick one round higher than the round you drafted them in.
For me, I took Cooper Kupp in the 6th and Deebo Samuel in the 11th round this year.
Which keeper makes more sense? Give up a 5th for Kupp or a 10th for Samuel? Kupp seems to be a 1st round pick next year, but I feel like Samuel might be better value. Thoughts?

Samuel for a 10th round all day! You can always draft another top 5 wr in the 2nd round next year

Can’t go wrong with either, but I gotta think that keeping a probably first rounder pick for a 5th round price is a better move for your team next year. Samuel is good, no doubt, but a 5th rounder in a keeper league isn’t going to give you a huge return. I’d keep Kupp

I think people overthink round value with keepers too much. We should all be situational thinking. The Rams are lined up to be an offensive machine for the next 3-5 years with the current pieces assembled, mainly with Stafford having a good but of prime left. Kupp seems to be a key piece of that and McVay has shown they will continuously score. The 49ers are going to be starting Jimmy G or Lance next year, we dont know. Which has a better chance of being a top 5 NFL offense next season? Rams or 49ers? I think it’s easy Kupp in the 5th as the pick just because with the ceilings for both players being the same, both potential no.1 overall player, I think they have vastly different floors due to situation. Typing this novel because we are all faced with keeper decisions every year similar to this. Next season for me is Kupp in 6th or Najee in 2nd. Last year kept Jefferson as 8th.
Congrats on having Kupp and Samuel on the same team!

I disagree in this case. The difference between a 6th and an 11th is huge. An RB2, WR2, or a QB1 with a 6th. With an 11th you are looking at a flyer or Mac Jones lol, exaggerating, but you get the drift
