Yes. He got lucky as hell in 2019 and then proceeded to drive the program to the landfill. Dude could not manage a lemonade stand.
Funny thing is recruiting was supposed to be his biggest asset.

He is a good recruiter, but it is his only asset. When your HC is spending most of his time recruiting it usually means other aspects of the program are being neglected.
