Is it true that UT gave Quinn 4M to sign?

I understand that OSU gave him 2M.

Lololol I have never wanted a player to fail as much as that guy. I hope it blows up in UTs face and they end up giving all this money to a bum.

It’s true. Texas schools can now buy themselves a natty

Absolutely. UT was willing to give him the rookie signing bonus if it got him to Austin.
LSU needs to get with the program and realize it’s pay for play until directed otherwise. It’s been that way forever. Now it’s just allowed

UT did not give him anything. Someone that is not associated with the university used his own/businessman private earnings to pay the player.

Ewers will end up getting Sark fired

Now that is a strong arse offer. I hope the kid fails to live up to the hype/money.

So you give a young single kid $Ms to live in the playground that is Austin...good job.

Very true. Boosters paid him but, it was Sark who set up the deal. Sark can plead ignorance for any “pay for play” deal as he didn’t directly use funds for Ewers.
But again, this has been going on forever. It’s just now there’s no market cap so big money boosters can spend it on any kid they want

Nothing bad can come from college kids making more than most of the coaching staff. Nothing at all.

Thank you, Mr. Pedant. Your position that the person paying has no connection to UT is laughable. Are you really that stupid?

No I’m not that stupid. I know it’s a booster paying him that money. It’s just not anyone that is employed at the University of Texas.

I think there will be a small number of schools that will have relevant programs going forward.

So what? Your statement was stupid. Everyone understands that the several universities are not paying the players.

You're a real POS rooting for a young man to fail because he used the NIL to his advantage and made millions. Real lowlife mentality.
