Tack told Jordy this Morning, that he is not signing until February, but LSU has been slow to reach out since Raymond left and it has hurt, but he still wants him here but LSU needs to get on it.

We just had a pretty big recruiting weekend. I think The focus has definitely been on early signers.

Lol nope. This reminds me so much of Sabans first class here after he got hired
Solidify what you’ve got and maybe add some solid players to make a decent class. Then start building back up
We are lucky that the state produces so much talent so guys that may have been overlooked for whatever reasons who end up being takes at this point are still guys who can help the program on game days

I always have my doubts when you hear parents, or even players, claim coaches are "slow to reach out" or "haven't been contacting as much"
Especially on a highly recruited player.
I would imagine they know Denver is not signing until February and they have told him that they need to get through the early period, get the staff in place and then he will be a priority.

Really dont like how Kelly is approaching recruiting.
He needs to realize the SEC is a different level and he needs to be in constant contact with these kids

To me it says a little about folks but I’ll leave it at that.
I’m optimistic that some of these kids deciding to wait means we have a better than good chance if we can close on them in a strong fashion
Obviously they’re legitimately considering us

Hopefully they’ll understand that naturally during a coaching transition things don’t happen as seamlessly as you’d like
I’m confident that the kid isn’t just looking to get his arse kissed but rather has some goals and is looking for more from a program and sees what we’ve done and can do for his development

100% agree with you. Let's hope if he is talking to the staff today that it goes over well.
