To be clear, he said I’m taking a wait and see approach. Will be doing spring at LSU and see how things go.
Take away: Kelly has till spring to find Boutte a QB or he’s out.

And I wonder how this "rumor" got started. I mean, I can't blame the kid and won't be mad at all if he transfers, but to the posters saying this was completely fabricated on the rant, you're obviously wrong.

I think it’s obvious he’s not fully committed to LSU at this point for whatever reason.
I’m glad Coach Kelly is here and can start retooling this roster with talented kids who also have some character

Harsh. He doesn't know this coach/staff and he didn't commit to them. Why do you expect him to be "all in" 2 weeks into the new regime?
Now, after spring, I'd expect everyone on the roster to be all in heading into the summer. At that point, anyone on the fence can definitely GTFO.

He has one foot out the door. You can't blame him for playing his arse off at the time he did and arguably the only guy who gave a shite then suffered a major injury because of it. You can't blame him for wanting to go somewhere that can feed him the ball with a good QB so he can maximize his NFL potential. Nuss is not going to cut it for this dude. Nuss is not developed or good enough yet to make this guy shine. Give him a transfer QB that's worth a damn and he might stay. Seems pretty obvious what he wants.
There is a very high chance in my eyes Nuss doesn't make it to the roster next year when Howard passes him which he probably will. Be happy he's at least giving LSU a chance. This dude played his heart out when his entire team around him looked like they didn't give a shite.

I 100% agree with this. I don't think Kayshon is a low character guy though.
Personally, I think he grew up all LSU and came here despite being recruited extremely hard by Bama. Then, he got to campus and it was obviously the reality of the program didn't match the sales pitch. After Orgeron got fired, I think he was ready to leave, but is intrigued by the BK hire. The hire, combined with his affinity for LSU got him to shift to a wait and see approach.
I think if he stays he'll be all in. Hopefully I'm right.

Me too. I'm so excited for Kelly to get that shite under control. I honestly don't even care at this point who leaves because I'm confident we've got a real coach and leader.
