Good to see that they already know/have a relationship with him.

I'm curious about Ausberry. I expected him to be committed by now due to family connections. Get him locked up and bring in his brother next year.

Auburn side feels pretty confident on Ausberry. There’s also a sense that both brothers want to leave the state. Hopefully this new staff can do work and change their minds

Yes hopefully Kelly can pull a Miles when he convinced Eugene and Perrilloux to stay. Also when Saban convinced Clayton and Spears to stay. Those two were program changers!

Is he the replacement for Raymond or not? Don't care anyone says on here, if he's the replacement that's a terrible hire. The dude isn't a great recruiter and he was a freaking analyst.

If that happens, then someone needs to be fired.

I can't see the appeal of Auburn, but that's just me. They finished this season losing 4 straight games including to Miss St and South Carolina.

I know the BR kids sometimes want something new, but I also wonder if we slow play these kids thinking we can pull them later. Either way I hope we can break that trend.

If you don't know then stop whining about it.

Verge. Should have been canned already, but if after all that and LSU sticking by you can’t deliver your sons then you’ve got to go.

He's been a co-DC twice. Lot's of coaches find themselves in analyst roles temporarily.

Verge can't make the decision for them. They've grown up LSU. It's all they've known. I'm sure they've been to more LSU football games than anyone LSU is recruiting. Either they want that, or they want to forge their own path.

I always assumed the only reason Ausberry is still here is because of his kids. If they're both going to Auburn, one of our biggest rivals, I mean WTF ....

Of course he can. To suggest that parents don't make decisions for teenagers and leave them to do whatever they want is ridiculous.

Now, Verge may choose not to do that. But he absolutely can do it.

If they don't he should be canned effective immediately. He should've been canned anyway.
