No, but if I'm paying someone to cook me a gourmet meal, I'm choosing the menu. So the metaphor doesn't quite work.

Wrong...it works here too...yes you hired someone to cook you a gourmet meal, and the menu you chose was LSU, but that is where it stops...if you think you are going to choose the ingredients then tell him how to prepare those ingredients, well you are going to get shite, not your gourmet meal...

Actually, you're not choosing the menu. A gourmet chef sets the menu. You decide what you want from it. Then the gourmet chef selects the specific recipe and the ingredients, and fixes it the CHEF'S way. How this applies to a football coach, I have no idea.
