Raymond is an E-lite recruiter. Great coach of man coverage and mediocre at coaching zone coverage. We are traditionally a man coverage team so it works. Just not under the terrible Pelini. We ran more zone with Jones until the philosophy switch once Kiffin told our idiot head coach how his desire for basic coverage was making things too obvious. Then we did well once we went more pressure-man heavy.

Raymond apparently was mad that Frank is now running recruiting and went to UF. Kelly has to try to hire a DB coach of the same caliber of recruiter as Raymond now. You can pretend this will be easy but it won't be.
