I’ve dealt with migraines for years and have tried every option. By far, the most effective treatment I’ve tried is Botox. A series of injections done every 3 months by a trained neurologist and is covered by insurance. Doesn’t completely eliminate migraines, but they are much less frequent and are much easier to control. Worth discussing with your neurologist.
