NIL Deal Buyouts

Should NIL deals include a non-compete contract or a buyout cluase to help alleviate poaching players to transfer? Won't eliminate the threat or problem all together, but I'd imagine there would be way less turn-over.

But what about the difference makers? "Pay to play" should also mean "Pay to stay". Paid Coaches have buyouts. Why not paid players?

Not my money...but if it was I'd be tossing it to the long haul and walkon types. Mostly because I'm cheap.
Position players probably won't be signing contracts with those kind of strings until the portal has fricked over these guys a few times.
