Napier won 1 conf title in a weak G5 conf. He simply doesnt have the history that other successful G5 coaches had when they jumped

Napier is more akin to Fuente, 1 conf title in G5, now fired from P5. Or Fleck had 1 conf title, and has 4+ losses in 4 of 5 P5 years. Or Clawson who had 1 conf title, and still hasnt won his conf in 8 years at a P5
