Pretty good. He called the 3rd down and red zone calls for LSU that year and I believe they were some of the best in the country.

That is not controlling the O, that is having the opportunity to focus on the weaknesses and exploiting them when called upon. Controlling the O consists of way more and he has not shown the ability yet to do those AND exploit like he did. He may get there, but needs experience to be able to handle it all.
To respond to the other comment on Teddy- Who in the hell do you think chose him? That's right, Joe Brady was allowed to choose his QB and he brought Teddy in.
