Ryan Clark probably in fits of rage that he wasn’t consulted as well.

He also said he wanted Mel Tucker. Which tells you all you need to know about Boogers input. Said he wanted to go in a “different direction.”
Oh lord here we go.

Nothing wrong with wanting a different guy. Thinking we'd be doomed without the "different guy" is the problem. That's what a few Napier, Aranda, and even Riley fanboys were/are doing.

’m sure close-to-the-vest Woodward consulted a National talking head who is literally on television or radio 16 hours out of any given day….

Flip side is that they can have him "drop in some things here and there" on TV to supposedly prove that SW was in charge and had BK pegged the whole time. Just a thought.

He did not say he was consulted before the hire. Boog, Spears, Shaq, Clark all ex LSU media. Clark has already gone scorched earth so I am sure these other guys were given some talking points. Geeez people should think before you post

Woodward is a very smart man. Booger knows a lot of coaches and football people. I don't think it would be a surprise that Woodward would reach out to smart football people to bounce names off of them

I bet this is why Ryan Clark is mad. He was not consulted because he’s a negative shadow over the program.
