Win the presidency, pardon himself, unleash his justice dept to prosecute Biden crime family and dismantle the FBI.
Lose and get locked up for the rest of his life.

Honestly, if Trump wants to avoid prison, he should drop out and endorse Desantis. That's his best bet.
And a Desantis/Vivek ticket would be incredible.

Vivek is a minority too, you know. He also has the benefit of not having a voting record or typical politician persona. He'd play the Robin to Desantis' Batman well, IMO.
