Bless y’all. Struggling so very badly to find anything fresh to get optimistic about. My .02 would be that when you reach the point of nothingness and hopelessness, just sit back quietly and hold out for a better day. Definitely don’t chase sadness with more sadness. That will get you pathetic sadness.
