Entitlement Spending Is Crushing Us/My Mom Is An Example.

Entitlement social programs is what will ultimately be our downfall. Half of the United States budget goes to welfare programs, stealing from the taxpayer, to pay for those unwilling to work. My mother is a 63 year old White Woman, she has always had a job, and in fact had a business of her own years ago. Recently she took a job that pays cash only. She struggles to pay bills here n there so I help. I found out she canceled her private health insurance, and got on Louisiana Medicaid (She pays zero) without my knowledge. To my surprise she said the private was just to much ($500 a month for just herself). Well about a year ago she discovered she had a malignant form of skin cancer on a part of her body. They had to go in and conduct a $20,000 surgery to remove the spot. Guess what boys Louisiana Medicaid paid 100% the bill. All the while we pay into Obamacare and know damn well if we got the surgery we’d still be on the hook for a deductible. We’re being robbed boys.
