“Donald Trump calls for presidential candidates to take a full & complete mental competency test to prove they can do the job.”
Make this an amendment to the Constitution. The major problem I see is getting a super majority to agree on how this team of experts will be chosen.
. I know there are going to be people who will respond with comments about a specific candidate but my intent is to focus on the broader issue of evaluating for mental competency.
