Koht was climbing before he flipped lol. For the gazillionth time, 247 is not out to get us. **LITERALLY** every single fanbase thinks 247 is out to get them.

I don’t think it’s a crazy concept that a kid gets a bumpsimply because Nick saban used one of his 25 scholarships on him. I would think Nick has a pretty gauge of talent

Koht rised before he ever flipped. He is an excellent player and our own Geaux 247 mods pegged him as one of the best players in the class repeatedly when he was committed to us saying he was going to be a big riser in the rankings.
He went from #148 on 247 sports to #64 on November 30th. He didnt flip till December 16th.

Koht was always going to be a riser, even if he stayed a tiger. He was criminally underrated when he committed to LSU. Sucks to lose him. Dude bends around the edge like Von Miller.

Saban will die one day and he has bad cardiovascular genetics. But the way LSU finished off Da Bar, they soundly beat him in November, 1982 and he died in January of 1983.

Koht is just about as elite pass rusher out there in terms of athleticism there is. Again our own Geaux 247 mods were saying how amazing he is when he was committed to us the whole time, saying how criminally underrated he was even in the mid 100s and was really one of the best players in our class. Jones is a very good player but Koht has the extra level of potential due to his athleticism which is why he is ranked a little higher. He's got the freakiness to him like a Barkevious Mingo or K'lavon Chaisson had where they could run down receivers or running backs way down field.
Keep in mind we had both in the class for a long time. It was never a question of picking 1, we would have been set at DE for years between Koht, Jackson, Jones and Ojulari.
