Who is/was worse: Latoya or Nagin?

Ok so I’ve been reading this board for many many years, and the NOLA bitching cracks me up pretty bad. Don’t take that statement the wrong way, I’m from Memphis and know exactly how it feels so it’s more of a bro hug laugh.
Anyway this question is inherently not really fair because with Nagin we obviously have Katrina and the hindsight of his crimes. So it will be difficult to put those things out of mind to objectively compare I would imagine. However, by reading this board Latoya sounds like the reincarnation of Hitler and Stalin’s love child who grew up spoiled and lazy.
So who is it fellas? Who is the master of disaster?

Latoya is much worse.
Nagin was corrupt and Katrina ruined his mind. But he actually did some good things before Katrina, and he was actually a smart guy, to a degree.
Latoya is extremely dumb and a piece of absolute garbage. I’m sure we will learn of her corruption soon, given we already know she dodged her taxes, used a city credit card for unrelated bills as a counsel member, etc.

Nagin wasn't that bad.
I think Katrina drove him crazy.

I'd take 40 years of Nagin over 4 of LaToya.

Nagin tried to do some good at least at first.
Toya is a fricking disastrous, mean, dumb ho who knows not how to govern and is simply out to enrich herself and her cronies (not unlike Nagin).
However, Toya loves to exert her brute force over her minions and will not suffer fools who stupidly want to make a living and keep our tourist based system afloat.
SHE WILL NOT BE BULLIED!

In my opinion LaToya all day long. I thought Ray was ok in his first term. Then Katrina fricked him up and he was in over his head. Then the money started flowing and he became corrupt while pandering to the black community.
LaToya seems hell bent on destroying the city hoping to get some Federal bailout that ain’t coming.

Nagin was a nice guy - I think he had the smarts to run a city bc he had actually worked before getting into politics
But Katrina drove him nuts - but really that storm did that to almost everyone affected in one way or another, not excusing his legal troubles

In the darkest days after Katrina the leadership in NOLA was 100 times better than what the city has currently.

Latoya is worse. The worst things Nagin did were falling in with the "tech bro" types and using the "chocolate city" thing to get votes. Those were both the actions of a weak, cringe-inducing man, but Nagin was never a far left extremist like many of the people who came before and after him.
