Best haunted houses in the New Orleans Metro?

As a child I loved the playfully scary Sheriff Foti haunted house at City Park. It was also fun going to the small ones around town and it seemed like there were a good number back in the 90s. Our church youth group would make several trips to them in October and it was a highlight of the year for me.
I despise the house of shock people and their offshoots so don’t recommend them.
I went to The Mortuary a few years ago and it very expensive and relatively short.
Can someone give me some haunted house recommendations to visit. I will try to make a top 10 list later this year.

Come over to Terror on the coast in Gulfport. It’s pretty damn good. Go check out the reviews on thescarefactor.com.

Those prices are outrageous.
$50 for a haunted house?
$80 for the no-wait ticket?
