What's best place in Monroe to watch LSU and drink beers

Plus if you are in Mecca I'll buy you some beers and watch the beatdown as one happy LSU family.
I'm thinking of that place that used to be in BR too.
Forgot name. Over there by Walmart down Louisville.

Last I heard, Saban owned Monroe and it's more of a Tide town now

River & Rail on S Grand has a big comfortable bar and deck. Food is nothing special. (The old sign from Howard Griffin Land O' Toys is above the bar entrance, I believe you are required to sing the jingle as you enter.)

I've heard that new joint Brass Monkey on downtown Desiard is nice but I haven't been.

I just passed by the Portico location in Ruston and they appeared to be closed.
