my old washing machine has had it. Im tired of patching it back together. Where can I get one of those speed queen washers Napoleon is so high on in the BR area?

Hope you got some money baw. I looked into it based on Napoleon's recs. They sure are proud. But you can get it from Gorman Brothers on Airline.

Anything but a Speed Queen recommendation is bullshite.
Get the one with the mechanical switches. Got mine for a damn good price at Brandons in Amite.

You might want to think twice about buying anything from Gorman Bros. .....Unless you want to buy some weed from them.
Most unethical business that I've ever dealt with. Tried to screw me by overcharging me for some appliances when I lived in BR.

I'm assuming the downvote I received was because I mentioned Gorman. I've never done business there. I just know when I was looking for Speed Queen they were one of the few places I found in BR that carried them. I do think I found it at appliance distributors also though. Again, never done business with either places. I ended up at lowes

I did not in any way try to disrespect you when I said go to Google. I meant it as another source of info. I know that and Consumers Report helped me the most. There is a great video on Google comparing the SQ and the Maytag. The Maytag is loaded with plastic parts in the transmission. The are real answers there as well!

There is a reason most of the commercial laundry mats use Speed Queens. They are rock solid.

Didnt mean you rusty. The other guy was being a smart a**. I checked out the reviews you were talking about and Im going pick up a new washer this afternoon. I hope the juice is worth the squeeze these things are pretty expensive
