Warning: Instacart scam

Long story, but apparently after the first delivery driver quit and the order got reassigned to another driver then he bailed or something and it got assigned to another driver at which time we said frick it, we discovered that instead of having one order that just got a new driver it’s their policy to create a new order each time and charge you each time, for the order, and it takes a week or more to clear up the charges.

So after waiting hours for this GD order, and dealing with the mfers all afternoon, I have been charged 3 times for something I didn’t ever get. I would have never known except my wife saw the charges and they admitted it and said they can’t do anything about it, the first driver had an emergency and it wasn’t their fault. Not only no apology basically said FU. Oh and we paid extra to make it priority order.

So if you ever have more than one driver assigned to an order it sounds like you are going to be charged multiple times. They said eventually the extra charge will fall off.

Oh they offered 5 bucks off our next order.
