DA Warren Montgomery dies at 68

Died at MD Anderson battling cancer.
He was a straigt up guy and much needed after the corruption with Reed, Strain, and the coroner(forget his name).
Hopefully we can get another good DA in there and not some "good ole boy" St. Tammany hack.

He was a truly nice man. A well rounded individual. He was exactly what St. Tammany needed and his thoughtfulness and effectiveness will be missed.

Peter Galvin was the coroner who was refueling his airplane on the parishes dime. The next guy elected was Charles Preston, who was recently accused of being a workplace meanie. I think Pramed Menon served out the remainder of Galvin's term.

Very sad. He was a genuine good guy and great person all around.
