Brazil is trolling. Clubs can’t play players for a certain period if they do not permit them to leave in sanctioned windows for international play.
The EPL rules prevent the guys from playing in a sanctioned window. Brazil FA is pissed.
Note how they gave Everton a pass for allowing Richarlison to play in the Olympics, a non-sanctioned window.

when I saw the scrolling news version I was hoping that the Brazilian players went to south America for the brazil vs Argentina wc qualifier.
for me the good news is uruguay won 4 to 2 without cavani or suarez. moves into 3rd for now.
grumble. hoping for pot #2.
