Didn’t Tracy miss 3/5 kicks at the senior bowl practice in front of pro scouts in the rain? I remember reading something about that when there was some interest in Chicago. Couple weeks later Chicago went ahead and moved on another kicker?
Had a few big misses during the season as well in big nationally televised games.
He has some real talent. But he has not been lights out and only one year on the big stage.

Gray was 2017 Groza winner. Cole was 2018 runner up for Groza.

The road to the NFL for most kickers is a rough one.
I don't think he's getting hosed. He plays a position that has a surplus of athletes and few spots open every year. You have to be elite to be picked and anything short of that probably won't make it.
Nothing to do but to keep working at his craft. Maybe he'll get a chance eventually.
