4OT when Moreau got us inside the 10. Three straight runs into a stacked box?

A TD wins the game. Nobody can defend this shite. Nobody. Maybe a run on first down to the right to center up the field and then two quick slants? Anything, I mean anything besides 3 straight runs into the teeth of the defense.

Those slants were never included in the binder unfortunately

It was pu$$Y play calling after that catch. Plain and simple. No trust in the QB and scared to throw a pick instead of being confident in him to end it. Burrow played his arse off.

We will never fricking beat teams of equal or better talent if we don't take risks. Its fricking aggrevating.
We beat UGA by taking risks. shite went out the window after that. It's like the staff intentionally likes to avoid taking risks. fricking retarded.

Should’ve got a first down on our final possession of regulation.
We were not even trying to get one.
I posted in the game thread after they overturned Delpit int that A&M was gonna score

Why is no one saying that LSU’s defense played soft for 7 overtime periods? I get everyone wants to hate Ensminger and Dave Aranda is great but LSU scores every overtime possession and touchdowns on 5 of 7 possessions. Your best unit has to come up with one stop in OT or the last drive where there was a 4th and 18. The defense had their opportunities. They never sent pressure the entire OT. The biggest plays were when Mond scrambled for a few seconds before finding a receiver that broke his route. They asked too much from the db’s.

I don’t understand how we don’t hit Moreau again. He’s 6-6 250. Throw him a slot pass. My lord.

I had a thread about this as well, but it's clear that O's bravado is false. He can talk about toughness, heart, etc. along with his other empty platitudes. But over the course of 3 years, he shrinks when given the chance to deliver the knock out blow. Last night the 4th OT wasn't an anomaly. It was the norm.

Why doesn’t the media ask him questions about poor decisions like this? Are they not allowed to?

Why not throw the 1/2 back pass to 44 and win it.

Orgeron played scared on offense at the goal line against ND last year. He played scared on offense at the end of regulation, and he played scared on offense on the 3 plays you mention.
The only time Orgeron allows the offense to open up is when we are losing. Did you see what we looked like when down 7-0? 17-7? And all the OTs when it was TD or bust?
We were very efficient when we were forced to be aggressive on offense. But O is going to stick true to his DLine roots and try to win every game with defense.

Fans have rightly criticized Aranda. However, O had a golden opportunity to NOT have to put the game in the defense's hands again. A TD in the 4th OT ends the game and O chose to play no to lose the FG opportunity vs. sticking it in the endzone and getting win #10.

And the defense had the chance to not put the game in the offense’s hands again when LSU got the touchdown and two point conversion. All they had to do was stop the drive or two point conversion. We can do this situation back and forth but this game is not just on O or E or Aranda or the players. It’s on all of them equally. They coached and played their asses off but all made some mistakes that cost the team the game.
I can’t stand the rant narrative to put losses and wins on one person or one coach or one player. The entire team contributes to a loss or a win. No need to take sides.

The third down play was not a designed run
