He believes in science. What an a-hole liberal!

Why? Just because he accepts the overwhelming scientific evidence of anthropogenic climate change? In spite of what bought-and-paid-for whores of the fossil fuel industry such as the clown from Oklahoma who Trump appointed to head the EPA say, climate change is real and largely man-made. Deal with it.

Well that's like your opinion man

Not an opinion, an informed fact. I just listen to people who actually know what they are talking about who have no axe to grind, i.e. climate scientists who do this for a living (and not bought-and-paid-for whores of the fossil fuel industry such as James Inhofe who get hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from the oil and coal industries).

I wonder what part your upvoters realized your sarcasm, and what part just saw "liberal" and "a-hole" in the same post and hit the up button.

That... doesn't look like an LSU logo.

Bill Nye is cool but his politics are aweful.
Don't be brainwashed guys, conservatives love earth and respect the environment. Greenland use to be green before the ice age. Yeah, we have probably warmed since then. It probably continues. The rest of global warming is not what they claim. If someone denies the weak arse claims, it doesn't mean their anti-environment. This is not CNN, respect people.
100% garuntee people who bash "deniers" have read zero of the counter studies.

There are very, very, very few scientists who deny climate change. It has been shown that the majority of those that do receive funding and assistance from companies that want climate change to be false. I'm not saying that just because the overwhelming majority think something then it must be true, but what else do they have to do to show causation?
There is absolutely 0 way it can ever be 100% proven or disproven without a time machine to go back and erase humans from the earth and see what happens. However, when you have enough evidence, at some point you have to say that the evidence is proof of the claim.
But, here's my main beef with climate-denial. Even if every single one of these scientists are wrong. Shouldn't we strive to leave the planet in a better condition during each of our lives? If we can stop razing mountains for coal, destroying ocean ecosystems drilling for oil, etc. Don't we owe it to ourselves to do it? Then on the off-chance they're right, we're already taking the necessary steps to fix our damage.
