Joe was put in an impossible situation in Carolina and should not be judged by that. He was instrumental in LSU's 2019 run, but needs more experience being the OC in the NFL. He may now have said experience and needs to have this opportunity.

I think he gets way too much credit for 2019. He made a difference for sure, but I think Steve E was just as important.
