Does anyone have info on the Jimmy Lindsey health situation?

HIPAA only applies to medical professionals sharing someone’s medical condition, or obtaining someone’s medical information, without ones consent or intent to treat.

Well, Is it a violation if someone saw him at practice? Is he just on a sabbatical maybe; Wouldn't it be better for the program and recruiting if a status was released? I guess not apparently.

I don't know any details but it didn't sound like returning this year was a possibility.
I'm guessing that he will ultimately retire in a similar way to Kragthorpe.

I'm sorry. I wasn't really asking for a Dr's diagnosis/prognosis. just if anyone heard anything through a really long grapevine where no one could get jail time...

It must be info he doesn't want out. It's been months,and as far as I can tell, no one knows anything, and the people that do aren't talking. Usually info would creep out eventually. It seems like we knew about Kragthorpe and Cameron in no time.
