Daniels made better throws, had more yards, TDS, rushing yards, than the backups last night.

Show me where I’m wrong? Compare the stats, pts scored, TDS, yards, and tell me again how Nuss played a better game?

Yeah, because BK Les Miles his backups by making them hand off 40x despite Nuss threading passes into WRs chests and them dropping it.

As far as impressive throws, Nuss was by far more impressive especially the TD pass that was dropped.

Well, JD had a good game against UGA too, ya know. Better completion % and fewer turnovers... and all against UGA starters.

They dropped passes for Daniels also. That’s not a valid excuse.

This is like asking to explain how Rickie Collins played a better game than Daniels. Apples and Oranges. Nussmeier played less time and with an already monster lead which led to running the ball.

he played a quarter and his only incompletions were two drops on what should have been touchdown passes. Nuss looked great last night. So did Daniels. But the stats didn’t settle any argument.

I honestly think the offense looks better with Nuss. He's not decisive, he knows where to go with the ball, his accuracy is ways better than JD, and he's simply not afraid to thread it in.

I'm not saying JD is bad but his flaws really degrade his consistency. He makes an amazing throw then shits the bed on the next one. Most of Nuss strengths are a huge difference to JD's biggest flaws like inconsistent accuracy, holding the ball too long, late throws on routes, etc.

Nuss is just a more polished passer and behind a good Oline this offense probably is better than with JD.

Nuss would've had an incredible stat line had Sampson caught the 2 TD passes that hit him in the hands.

Daniels did have a really good stat line, but it would've been much better if he wasn't throwing behind his WRs all night. He's incredibly inaccurate for a "Heisman contender." All he can throw are comeback and out routes. He can't hit anyone in stride so our WRs never get YAC

Are we going to ignore the 2 TDs that were dropped by #6

And yet JD's completion % over their respective careers is much better and Int % is way lower. I think because JD does throw an occasional "worse" pass than GN, people think he's less accurate. But thats just not true. JD as a whole, is the way more accurate passer.

You're dumb. He doesn't have the accuracy Nuss has. It's a simple fact. Anyone with eyes can see it. JD threw your only TE with experience on the roster to an injury last night due to his accuracy.
