The Baylor Bears(Women’s) Basketball team lost more games in the last 2 years(20)since Mulkey left than she(Mulkey) did in her last 7 seasons(18) while at Baylor.

We’ve got a live one here, and they let her get pissed off and leave to come back home to the good guys.

I know a bunch of guys here don’t like women’s a basketball and all but we should all act like LSU fans here and support the team and stop bashing their skill set. They are women let’s have some respect. The will get better u can bet your arse. This is only the beginning. She is gonna build a UConn type powerhouse here and they at their best were not hard to watch. They beat the shite out of people in the OG way Naismith designed the game bounce passes and all baby.
Just at a slightly slower pace ya know.

Let’s also be for real and face it most of us here typing couldn’t stand on the court with any these girls let alone the big one 55 she may put your arse in a headlock so let’s quiet down a bit with the insults.

Final 4 Baby. It’s good for the program

I don't like women's bball, but I do appreciate that it's a feather in the cap for the university and sports program. Also, anything that pisses off the woke hive mind makes me happy, and they HATE Mulkey.

Yeah I can imagine they aren't too happy in Waco with the huge step back they have taken. She won them 3 natty's and they wouldn't do anything for her. But yeah, Baylor is not even close to what they were.

Lady coaching the Bears now was some WNBA coach of the year but don’t know anything more than that.

Mulkey is a damn animal she had the Bears in the Tournament 2000 for the first time in program history in I believe her first year there.
Then gathered 3 Titles starting in only 2005 in no time.
It’s a fantastic mind set that she coaches with and she lets the girls know you will play hard and or you will not play.

Women basketball is more fun to watch than men's basketball and NCAA is more fun to watch than NBA.

Yeah I don’t know about all that but I do think as they come together more as a team they won’t be as prone to basic fundamental mistakes.
She got this team here basically through hustle and a stronger mentality. Kim takes what she wants and teaches the players the same.
As she continues to build and players stay the continuity continues and the Big Dogs come barking to come play for her. As they did already.

I really don’t like women’s bb. But I love my school. I don’t give a shite if it’s competitive corn hole, I’m pulling for the Tigers. This is no different.

Being in the final 4 is a huge accomplishment for this team. Proud to see them have so much success so early on in Mulkey’s tenure.

NPR said only slight difference in talent between men and winner. Women’s soccer wants men’s pay. They got beat by teens boys team. WNBA wants men’s pay. Very good HS boys team would beat them. WOKE says it’s sexiest. I hope they win bc they are LSU, but the level of talent is not even close. 1/27 from 3pt line. 4%. Crap is forced down our throat but our eyes say different. I hope they win it and beat Staley. I think most people who tuned in were suprised by talent level. Those twins from Miami suck at basketball and they were hyped up, enough of the bs forced down our throat all the time,

When I was a student we went to more women's games than men's because of their skill set (1996). Women cam hoop, they just aren't flying over the rim

I don’t care for Women's basketball, but I like seeing them do well. Also I'm a big fan of Kim Mulkey, so I’ll tune in for big games.

Give the ladies another chance - that game last night was an anomoly (for both teams). They have had plently of games this season where they were on fire.

LSU made a great hire with Coach Mulkey. Baylor's AD and Pres should have both been canned for the way they handled her situation. You simply do not let a Hall of Fame coach walk away. They were both too weak to handle her personality, notoriety, and success.

I have watched multiple games and they miss lots of shot and are way more athletic than other team is why they win. They are LSU and I will pull for them. I just find it hard to believe you practice all year for 10 years and you can’t shoot a smaller ball in the hole. Reece and Mulkey said that Reeces gets rebounds bc she misses so many shots. That being said I hope they win it all.

It’s interesting because it does sound like she wanted back home.
I think being closer to he mom was important.
Nonetheless, Baylor could have probably kept her Happy somehow possibly.
Oh well we get the benefits now. She will make the whole LSU program better with her insight on winning in general. Winning sets a standard for the Women and Men it’s all good.

And LSU's team won only 9 games the year prior to Mulkey getting hired.

Now I know the transfer portal and NIL help but still....that is a damn fast turnaround. (if only we had supported Fargas /s)

I was vocal last night after watching that “sporting event” but admit it was THAT GAME that was atrocious. We should have won by 25. The announcers were bored and amazed (“Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a MADE 3-pt shot!!”). Mulkey even said she would have turned the tv off if she were watching. Maybe the gritty underdog role takes hold and we find just a little outside shooting to shock some people going forward. No matter what, it is HUGE for the brand and recruiting - Geaux Tigers!

The only support Fargas will get now is the chair she sits in behind the booth l, which is where she always belonged.
You got to want to win. Sports are passionate.

Love LSU and all sports! I was a coach myself, but I don't watch Men's basketball very much. Most teams just run up and down the court playing street ball. Not much fun to watch!!

I like that it's unpredictable. There is no automatic shot or dunk or anything. The players can scrap like hell for every play because it is wide open out there. Kinda fun.
