LSU Women's Basketball still at #3 in power rankings

Not that it really matters but I have a feeling the AP is going to absolutely frick us

“Looked invincible” because the refs took control of the game using the whistles from the tipoff.

Fouls called by the middle of the 3rd quarter were
22 for south carolina
6 for LSU.

Gimme a break.

SC is much better than everyone else, when they are playing their B or better game no one can beat them. We are now 9-1 against likely NCAA teams and play in one of the top few conferences.

We will be a #2 seed and a very good FF shot, AND if someone upsets SC we could win it all this year (not likely but no one else would be double digit favorite over us head to head.

We have #1 recruiting class plus core of team (6 of top 9 players back), NC in next two years very likely.
I would say all is well, but actually it is much better than "well."

South Carolina is that much bigger and more physical than everybody. They're going to get those calls every game. It's the exact same thing that the UConn coach was complaining about last week.

Geno gets annoying with his whining generally, but in this case he’s right. Sure they’re bigger and heavier. They aren’t 30 fouls to 8 fouls bigger though. The refs went hard n heavy at the beginning and caused our posts to have to play timid on defense because they were in foul trouble early. If you wantched the game they were calling a foul when there was no foul or a very questionable “foul”.

Refs need to let the players determine the game.
