Are you saying the imaginary people behind the curtain are going to manufacture an LSU win order to keep Georgia out of the playoffs? Or, perhaps, ensure at all costs wins this weekend by USC, TCU and Michigan to ensure Alabama doesn’t get a spot?

I really like the projected playoff this year. Got some new blood. I don’t have any issue with UGA but I’d love for Michigan or TCU to win it all just to keep things fresh.

Well at least this dynasty is not in our division.
In any case, news of the death of Bama’s dynasty is premature. Bama won the weird 2020 NC and was runner up last year. Both losses this year were on the road and close. As much as I despise Bama, they’ve unfortunately not taken much of a step back.

I see next year being a potential serious let down for the majority of LSU fans. The stars aligned and we over achieved with a wonderful season this year. But next year we are basically starting over on defense.
Best we return to what most of us thought when the season started, which was it would be 3 years before competing for the playoff.
Hope I’m wrong but that is realistic.
