In the movie Glory, there is a scene where the black soldiers are lining up for pay and are told that they will be getting paid less than the white soldiers. In the movie, the black soldiers had the balls to say no.

The big whatever had uneven revenue distribution resulting in TAMU getting the short end of pay similar to the soldiers in Glory. It appears that the TAMU administration never saw the movie.

Bend over Aggies, here it comes. UT doing it to you again.

They are reporting that this plan has equal revenue money. Thing is where is that money going to come from? Magic? that league will be bankrupt in 2 seasons.

At least Kansas actually had black soldiers in the Civil War. But so far the state's flagship institution is more than willing to fight for less pay.

They should change the "Big Twelve" to "Texas and the Nine Whores." They're all getting paid to let Texas screw them.

Wondering the same thing. If the money was there, why did the Big 12 wait until the whole conference nearly collapsed before they tried to strike a new deal with the schools? Once Texas gets their own network fired up, they're just going to try and kick the Big 12 to the curb again.

What I read said that the money for UT/OU/TAMU would be more or less in the top range. This is like going back to the used car salesman who sold you a lemon in the hopes that maybe this time he will sell you something good.
