Clearly West Virginia is an improvement over Missouri...at least for Texas Tech. That way Tech doesn't have to be DEAD frickING LAST anymore.

Good to know I'm not the only one who gets stuck for hours on end at D/FW. It happens to big people too.
On the other hand, I doubt this guy left Las Vegas at 5:30 still loaded, landed at DFW, ran over two terminals on their people mover only to find out the the plane he was going to fly to Austin had a mechanical problem. Four hours of hangover hell in DFW waiting for my 35 minute flight to Austin.

Have received more info confirming what I wrote yesterday that #Mizzou will withdraw from Big 12 today. Only ? is when/how news comes out.

While that may be somewhat true its more about who you know than what you know so adding AAU schools to the conference increases the likelihood that deserving schools such as UGA get a fair shot in the near future and LSU which has steadily been increasing its research prestige could have a chance sooner rather than later.
