Thunderous applause at today's @TigerQBClub luncheon in Columbia at the mention of joining the SEC. These fans are not divided.

On fate of Big 12, @GabeDeArmond: It will remain as long as TX and OU want, even if they have to add Hickman JV & Saskatchewan RoughRiders

Why would you want to go to a new conference when you know you won't win

I don't think so.....more stability, more money, better tailgating, better cities to visit, better overall competition (which I think makes you better), and an upgrade in talent to recruit are just a few.

Of course SEC road tailgating trumps Big XII tailgating.....but are you insinuating that our tailgating is bad?

No.. just making sure you didnt mean that your tailgating was going to drastically improve by going to the SEC..

I am hoping that either you guys or WVU come on over and join our party in the SEC. However, I thought it had been reported that your president of the university was happy with staying with the Big 12. Is that just a smokescreen?

I would say its a smokescreen. The SEC and Mizzou along with WVU etc have all been tight lipped. So much litigation could happen. Its frustrating as a fan, but understandable. Especially if your a WVU fan.. we may be stuck in the horrible new Big East..

Has more money helped Vandy?

You all will get smoked and not be able to recruit in the south

You all have a tough enough time keeping the STL market, now you get to recruit it even more against the SEC

You all had a nice run when you were in the North, but have not faired well against the South

TAMU is much better equipped to compete, and they won't do so for a long time

You all don't have the size or depth to do it. I think you all are just enjoying the attention and promoting the school as much as you can since the attention is on you all

Which I cant blame you for doing so

I am saddened if this happens, I was hoping the B1G would take Missouri.

Im pretty sure our size and depth have been plenty against the team thats "better equipped" to compete. Missouri will recruit fine, has and will continue to. Plus having Josh Henson back in his territory could only bode positive results. We have fared fine against the South minus OU and TX.

Haven't fared well against OSU either

Which essentially makes up all the good teams in the South

You all do not have the depth or the size to compete, just like we don't

Don't fool yourselves
