I think OU and A&M going to the SEC would launch Texas to the Big 10 and tweak the LHN however it needed to be tweaked to make it acceptable to the Big 10 member schools.

#1 It would cause a massive A&M meltdown. Aggie's whole point in making this switch is that it believes it will have a massive recruiting advantage over Texas and OU for elite Texas players. That goes away if OU joins.
Horse crap. That's just ludicrous. The Aggies aren't making the switch for a recruiting advantage. They don't trust Texas any more, and with good reason. Nobody else trusts Texas, either. They've shown their arse.

Wishful, naive thinking will never make it so. UT is a drama queen and the Big 10 doesn't like drama. For Texas, their choices are down to the Big 12 or Independent. They know they'd flounder in the SEC.

So if A&M and OK and Ok st are added to the SEC, doe we move the bama schools to the SEC East?
Damn, I'd sure miss watching LSU play Florida, Alabama, and Auburn every year. Those are always exciting games. I think I'd be bored watching LSU play the BIG12 transplants (OK, maybe not OU).

Wouldn't it be funny if the SEC added Texas A&M, Texas Tech, OU, and OSU leaving the Horns stuck out in the cold.
As of right now, I think the most likely 16-team deal would add A&M, Mizzou, OU and OSU.
Besides, we just got rid of Tuberville. Do we really want him back?
