Also, does aTm get a voice in this or do they have to wait until July 1st to be included in a vote?
They should have to wait until they stop sucking to get a vote.

fine, then again, no one better frick with LSU vs MSU, since it has a longer history than UT Bama
I agree.

It takes 9 votes to admit a new member.
And no, AtM does not have a vote. Slive said they would "have a seat at the table" next summer (June/July).

QUICK REMINDER: If ONLY UT & Bama voted against Mizzou then it wouldn't matter. The conference requires 9 votes for a team. Right now they only have 8. That means FOUR teams currently are saying "No thanks"
Same crap we heard with expanding to add A&M. I'm not buying any of it. First it was UF and SC saying no, and now it's Bama UT. I'm calling BS

Somebody put this on CEB, what do y'all think. I could live with it. Yearly cross divisional games in parenthesis.
Division A:
Alabama (Auburn)
UT (UGA)
LSU (Florida)
TAMU (USCe)
Missouri (Arkie)
Ole Miss (MSU)
Kentucky (Vandy)
Division B:
Auburn (BAMA)
Georgia (UT)
Florida (LSU)
USCe (TAMU)
Arkie (Missouri)
MSU (Ole Miss)
Vandy (UK)

They're just trying to scare Mizzou and teach them to shut their fricking mouth due to the "we'd rather have the Big10" shite they tried to pull.
Everything will get worked out.

Great idea.

I still vote for either revoking A&M's application, or kicking Arky out

I think the success Aub has had against Florida and (IMO)would continue to have would cause the Florida fanbase to forget UT and focus more on Auburn
Auburn hasn't had much success vs UF for the last half of the series. They have the over all lead by 4 wins, but the majority of them came in the first half of the rivalry.

Let's bring in FSU in the east. Problem solved.

I still prefer my idea of expansion.

The SEC was so perfect at 12. Now look at this shite

When did Auburn move to Gadsden?

why would SEC want to add an elite team to the conference? Wouldn't adding another elite team or two makes schedule so difficult, making it harder to go undefeated or having 10 win seasons therefore making it easier for other conferences to get BCS bowl bids over an SEC team with 3 or 4 losses because the conference is too stacked. Adding Mizzou to the mix is a quality football and basketball program yet doesn't make the conference too stack that it difficult to get a 10+win SEC team each year.

Hold down the right button next time and get us out of that shithole of a state.

Adding Mizzou to the mix is adding a bottom feeding football program that dillutes the once mighty SEC into a lesser conference (kinda like the rest)
Fixed.

So adding a team like VaTech or FSU so that a team could have a conference schedule to include a mix of Vatech, FSU, LSU, Auburn, Alabama, UF, USCe, Arkansas, Miss State, UGA, UT, among others would be smart? No one could survive a schedule with a conference full of that many tough opponents and make a title run. Doesn't make sense to me to put your conference in a situation that would make it tough to have a title contender because he could have 3 or 4 conference loss each year due to conference schedule. Other conferences would love for the SEC to do this.
