I think that Elko would think long and hard about it, but he is in a great spot at TAM especially with the old SEC west being blown up.

He hasnt coached in the northeast in over 15 years. Upenn and penn state are 3 hours apart, so its not like they were neighbors. Also, his mom and dad live in Florida now (mike’s my cousin) so its not like he would be going there to be closer to family.

Admittedly have no inside info there. My guess is they raise the base pay to $13M and keep the incentives.
