Would Doug Pederson be a good college coach?

He’s won a Super Bowl with the Eagles and had a great run as a high school coach. It doesn’t appear that another NFL team will hire him as head coach.

I think he probably would be, but he's never had to recruit before.

Doubtful. Think he’s too rigid with his offensive scheme. Does not play to his teams strengths. Pretty slow developing offense without a ton of motion.

Well he coached at Calvery Baptist so he knows how to recruit.
