With Louisville set to join the ACC, does Strong stay?

Obviously Strong's name has come up in several coaching searches, especially with Louisville being in the soon to be defunct Big East. So does Louisville's move to the ACC take him off the board? I seem to think so given that from all accounts he feels like he owes Louisville for giving him that first HC opportunity and the only big hurdle for him seemed to be the Big East affiliation.
