I’m completely sold on promoting Calloway to OC. We don’t need a name. We need someone who understands modern spread concepts and who can recruit his arse off. The last 2 “big name coordinators”... Cam Cameron and Bo Pelini were dismal failures. The last two genius/prodigy types (Aranda and Brady) were grand slam hires.

Several sources have suggested promoting Calloway is the logical move. He will be a OC somewhere soon. He was key in the development and improvement of each of our QBs this season. If we lose him we will likely regret it. It is time to promote our young talent instead of targeting retreads.

Why do we have to promote anyone to add White. We can do that and hire an OC. And still keep Calloway.
