Why would Michigan hire Miles over Harbaugh?

For those that are hoping Miles gets pulled to Michigan.
The decline at LSU is obvious, why in the hell would U of Mich hire Miles now over another Michigan native in Harbaugh?

Harbaugh dissed Mich a few years back didn't he?
I don't see why Mich would hire Miles though he is one of Bo's guys...and that seems to be what they want.

He burned a lot of bridges. Michigan is very proud of its "student athlete" tradition and Harbaugh took a huge shite over it and Bo in public.
